Do not send back any items without prior approval.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer one of the following, depending on availability:

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Peptides Plus LLC is not responsible for:
Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Delays or damages caused by shipping carriers
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with supporting details. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
